The Craft Cult Pocket Shop is a full-featured, interactive, animated widget for Etsy shop owners that displays your items for sale as well as recent shop hearts, feedback and other info in a tabbed interface.
Shop Tab
The Pocket Shop displays up to 200 listings from your Etsy shop. You can choose to display up to 200 of your most recently listed items, up to the last 200 listings in reverse order by time listed, just your featured items, or choose to display items from one of your shop sections. If you have more than 200 items in your chosen shop section, the widget will display the most recently listed 200 items in that section.
You can make a Pocket Shop widget if your Etsy shop is in vacation mode, or if you do not have any items currently listed. The widget will display a message that you do not currently have any items for sale on the Shop Tab, and the other tabs will still display information. However, you can not choose to display a shop section with no items assigned to it. You must first go to your Etsy account and add items to the shop section you’d like to choose for your widget.
Once you’ve made and embedded your widget, if you remove or sell the items from your shop, chosen shop section, featured items, or put your shop in vacation mode, the Pocket Shop will update and display a message that you do not currently have items for sale. The other tabs will still display information as normal.
Info Tab
The Info Tab displays your Etsy shop name, shop title, number of items for sale and items sold, number of feedback and percentage of positive feedback, and your favorite materials. There’s also a link to your profile.
Hearts Tab
The Heart Tab displays up to your 96 most recent shop hearts (8 pages displaying 12 per page).
Feedback Tab
The Feedback Tab displays your 30 most recent positive feedback comments from buyers. Usually, feedback left with no comment will be filtered out and not displayed on the widget. If you do not have any positive feedback from buyers, the widget will display a message that you do not have any feedback comments yet.
Pocket Shop Compatibility
The Pocket Shop widget is compatible with Blogger, Typepad, Tumblr, self-hosted Wordpress blogs, as well as your own website. The widget may be compatible with other blogging platforms, please read your platform’s FAQ for installation info. For information on installing the widget on your website, please read your web host’s FAQ. You can not install the Pocket Shop on Facebook, Live Journal or Wordpress.com blogs (hosted by Wordpress).
